For any communication with the technical support, Triplogik uses a ticket service.

This allows you to track all your requests and solutions in one place.


We do not offer email support as it is impossible to do effective follow-up within a team.


WHERE TO OPEN A TICKET

Select the self-service or VIP support tab



LOGIN OR SIGN UP

Select another language if necessary (depending on the site link you have selected)




--> If you have already opened a support ticket in the past.

Select Login and use your user profile 


--> If you have never opened a ticket.

Use Register Now  To create a new profile

Once in the ticket system, under your profile, all active tickets will be included.

You can;

  • Consult the open tickets 
  • Create a new ticket for a different topic
  • Modify your profile information

If you request a lost password and you receive the following message...

Either the email you are trying to use does not exist or it has been added to a SPAM list and can no longer be used. 

Please create a new profile or use another email
